Please join us July 7, 2023
McKean Road Church
Following 6:30 pm Mass
Catholics believe the body, blood, soul and divinity are substantially present in the Eucharist. In other words, when you participate in Eucharistic Adoration, you pray and worship Jesus in a more intimate, present and real way. Come to sit quietly in meditation, pray, or read your Bible or other spiritual books, or to simply be in Jesus' presence.
All are invited to come at their convenience throughout the night. Join us for the 7:00 am breakfast that follows the benediction.
Resource for Parents and Catechists How do you introduce your children or students to Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament? It may seem daunting, but you can find help in a blog post by Katie Bogner, a catechist herself, who gives her thoughts on what makes a good experience for children and shares a downloadable booklet to guide them before and during Adoration. The booklet includes prayers, answers to questions, drawings to color, and space to write. LEARN MORE
